Do the apps need a phone companion?
No. Each app is built to run entirely on the Apple Watch.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for.
The app will not install on my watch.
Make sure your watch and iPhone are on a recent version of watchOS and iOS, and that you are using the App Store on the watch itself.
What language is Bobing in?
English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) — it is built for the US App Store and localized for those languages. If anything reads awkwardly, tell us and we will fix it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — but it goes through Apple, not us. Open the App Store app → your profile → Purchase History, tap the app, and choose Report a Problem; or visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with. Apple reviews the request and refunds to your original payment method. We never handle your payment, so we can't issue refunds ourselves.
