Please tell us which app the problem is about (for example YesNoWatch) and which watch model and iPhone version you are using. That alone usually lets us reproduce the issue.

Common questions

Do the apps need a phone companion?
No. Each app is built to run entirely on the Apple Watch.

Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for.

Will my data sync?
Progress stays on your watch. If you have iCloud enabled, Apple may sync it to your paired iPhone through your own Apple account.

The app will not install on my watch.
Make sure your watch and iPhone are on a recent version of watchOS and iOS, and that you are using the App Store on the watch itself.

Billing

Purchases, refunds and subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can manage them in the App Store app on your iPhone, or through your Apple account page.
